We have reopened for treatments, though we are maintaining limited appointment times to allow for proper sanitation and social distancing among guests and staff.
We ask that you arrive for your service no more than 30 minutes prior to your appointment start time. This allows us to maintain social distancing so that you can have the most relaxed experience possible.
Our facilities have fully reopened, so you are welcome to use the steam room, sauna and showers before or after your appointment. You can also relax in our tranquility rooms where you can enjoy complimentary tea, take a nap, or browse our wonderful collection of books.
Wine can now be ordered by the glass or the bottle through our reception desk. If you know that you would like wine ready for you upon arrival, please email us with 24 hours advance notice.
Made to order food through our bistro is no longer available in the spa, and we do not allow outside food and beverages. We do however offer regional snacks and beverages for purchase at our reception desk in addition to complimentary water and tea.
We no longer require that guests wear masks provided they are not exhibiting any symptoms regardless of test results or have been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive in the last ten days. We still require temperature checks and health screenings for all guests upon arrival.
All staff members are still being health screened and temperature checked daily before they come into work, and you can request that your professional wear a mask during your service.
We continue to run HEPA filters in all treatment rooms, locker rooms and tranquility rooms. We also schedule additional time for professionals to deep clean their treatment rooms and for those filters to clear the room before the next appointment.
Please understand that as Covid-19 develops, all policies are subject to change prior to the day of your services. If you are unsure what our current policies are, feel free to reach out by phone or email the morning of your services, and we can let you know if any changes have been made.
